The name of this Poppytrail pattern is "California Ivy" by Metlox. I have several pieces for sale if you are looking to complete your set. This pattern has been out of production for 20 years. It was manufactured from 1946-1986. See how decorative "California Ivy" is on display in the photo below, as it is in my kitchen.
This is the oval serving platter which measures 13 1/2" x 10 1/4". It is in excellent vintage condition. This is a pottery piece, so it will be a heavy parcel.
